How to Make Milk Balls Cookies

Hay Friends! :D

Approximately 27 days we will enter the month of Ramadhan, that means we will also enter the Eid Mubarak (hahaha...).
We usually make ketupat with chicken braised in coconut milk and we usually make cookies to serve as snacks when relatives come to stay in touch but almost all cookies must be baked.
Therefore I will be sharing cookies recipes without having to roast. This recipe was booming a few years ago, how to make it also easy and simple. We can also make it with brothers and sisters or with children (For those who already have children :P).
Based on my blog title these cookies are called “Milk Balls Cookies”. It feels good to the dairy fans, Because this cookies is very much using milk (hmm yummy :D). The color is also very interesting.
No need to linger again, let's go to the tutorial!!! :D
The ingredients are :
200gr Tapioca Flour
4 pieces of Pandan Leaves
3gr Vanilla Powder
135gr Milk Powder
200gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
30ml Hot Water
Food coloring to taste
Refined Sugar to taste
Now I will explain how to make it ;)
First, put the pandan leaves and vanila powder to tapioca flour to be fry without oil and fry +/- 10 minutes
Then, take out all the dry leaves
Put milk powder and mix well

Thereafter, put  sweetened condensed milk and mix well

Then, add hot water and knead until it’s formed

If the shaped dough, divide dough. In this step I divide into 3, thereafter add food coloring, then take the dough form into balls. If you have finished it leave it for 1 hour until they hardened

Then, put the balls in sugar

Taraaaaaa !!! This is it :D
Hope you guys like this, good luck :D See you on my next blog, byeeee ...
